About Outlaw Tom's

Outlaw Tom's was founded as an immortalization of my late father, Tom. My dad was an "old hippie" and I spent most of my childhood glued to his hip. Because of that I spent a decent amount of time in head shops and developed an appreciation of glass art from a young age. Growing up, some of my favorite memories were going with him to places like The Basement, Spectrum, Dragon's Lair and other local head shops. Obviously, at that age I didn't know what the glass was used for, but I enjoyed going to those shops, nonetheless. Occasionally, he'd let me pick out some incense sticks or a pretty, feathered clip which I thought were barrettes.

As his time on Earth was coming to a close, it seemed fitting that my next path in life should be something along those lines and Outlaw Tom's was born. It gave him so much joy to see his name in lights, but ultimately, he passed a few weeks before the store opened. With so much love and support from such an amazing community, we have grown from a tiny shop at the back of a little plaza to a recognized name in the glass community. For that, I thank you. Because of you, I'm able to honor my Dad's memory and I'm grateful to have that privilege.

We carry an impressive selection of American glass and are proud to have one of the largest and best selections of functional and non-functional glass in the area, featuring over 70 American artists. Several are from St. Louis, Missouri and the surrounding area.

Aside from American glass, we also stock an extensive selection of papers, 'rellos, wraps, CBD, Delta 8, Delta 9 and salt-nic vapes, plus a large variety of import glass to help ensure we have something suitable for everyone's budget.

Above all else, we believe that every customer is important regardless of budget and there is no such thing as a dumb question.
