Layaway
Our layaway program is a great way to lock down that piece you've been wanting! Because let's face it, not everyone has excess cash laying around, but that doesn't mean you have to deprive yourself of something nice. Let us help!

1. Pick that piece out, online or in person. You know, the one you dream of. The one you can't live without.
2. Hit us up, either in person, online or by phone to get started.
3. Put at least 25% down and take up to 60 days to pay it off. Do it on your terms, pay as fast or slow as you'd like during those two months. No fees and no interest.
4. Once it's paid off, come by the shop to pick it up or we can ship it to you. It's that simple.

Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCT, FOR ANY REASON.
Please make sure you clarify any details before purchasing. Seriously, we don't mind answering questions, that's what we're here for. We are always here to help at 636-600-1166 and we do not mind answering your craziest questions. We will go out of our way to make sure you have all of the information, pictures or videos possible to help you make your purchasing decision. However, if you do not receive what you ordered for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will take care of our error immediately. Excellent customer service is important to us.
Warranties
While we do not offer warranty coverage, many of our name brand and electronic devices do offer manufacturer warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly should you need warranty support. We will typically list the warranty period, if available, in the product description. While we do not handle in-store returns, we do work with reputable name brand manufacturers. Should you have any problems with warranty support, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
Shipping
We ship every day, Monday-Friday. We utilize USPS Priority Mail and UPS for our shipments. All orders are packaged with the utmost care, with as much recyclable packaging as possible. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SENT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. The last thing we want is for your valuable goods to be left on your porch like a random package of xerox paper. Because it's not a random package; you're spending your hard earned money on it and we want to make sure YOU receive it.
